A messy amalgamation of political promises. The CMY (K) colour palette was used to represent our current main political leaders with their corresponding party colours. Each is open mouthed, pandering to public opinion to win the populous vote. The faces seem to blur and merge into indistinguishable individuals at times.
The grided pixels connect with the TV image that's all important to politicians and having that exposure but the CMYK colours are more associated with the printed political message through newspapers to sway opinion. Going through the repetitive, almost scientific, process of building up the image through a series of tones did reinforce the idea of politicians being made up of votes and smaller elements contributing to the whole.
